We offer a wide variety of standard assembly techniques that include ultrasonic welding, printing etc. But in general we provide systems and processes tailored to meet specific customer needs and fully QC audited to ensure regulation compliance.
Completed in 2003, to meet increasing demand for the assembly of medical devices within a cleanroom environment, our 3,000 sq.ft class 10,000 assembly cleanroom accredited to ISO 14644-1 Class 7 is FDA compliant.
We carry out both cleanroom assembly and non cleanroom assembly operations. From simple to very complex parts sometimes requiring the assembly of externally sourced parts, finally tested as a complete working part and packed ready for end distribution.
Customised testing equipment, jigs and fixtures can be designed, manufactured and maintained in-house.
