Europlaz Expanding
June 2010 - Europlaz adds the
finishing touches to another new cleanroom.
As a result of continuous
expansion and an increasing demand from clients for
completely integrated and bespoke medical device
manufacturing, Europlaz is expanding its cleanroom
facilities yet again.
New 300T Machine
Europlaz has just taken
delivery of a 300T
Kraus Maffei injection moulding machine �€“ here
is the new machine being put in place.
As well as this new machine,
when completed, the cleanroom will house a hot plate
welder, an ultra sonic welding machine and a whole host
of facilities for packaging and assembly.

All three cleanrooms offer independent aseptic areas, assembly, packaging and a combined total of 21 injection moulding machines. All our cleanrooms are used solely for the manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical devices where hygiene is of paramount importance.
Quality control is of the highest standard at
Europlaz, all manufacture is compliant with ISO
13485:2003 and BS EN ISO 9001-2008. We can also CE mark
your products.
