Design services at Europlaz Technologies include: product design and prototyping, polymer selection, mould flow analysis mould tool manufacture and maintenance.
The latest design technology is used to provide advanced surfacing and fully integrated manufacturing applications. Our aim is to improve effectiveness, saving you time and costs by minimising design revisions and lead times.

Component design: full 3D / 2D, part design reflects manufacture and assembly parameters.
- Polymer selection: suitability to meet client specifications, suggestions on alternatives to existing materials.
- Mould flow analysis: fast track suggestions on improving mouldability.
- Rapid prototype model manufacture, by means of:
- Steriolithography, SLA & SLS.
- High speed CNC machining.
