The Challenge
When Action Air wanted to take a more cost effective approach in the manufacture of their range of dampers, they needed a company who could work in partnership with them to simplify the production of their product.
The Solution
We helped Action Air to revise the design of their dampers so they required fewer components which would reduce production costs. The design replaced several pressed steel components with mouldings incorporating latches for quick assembly reducing the time needed to assemble a standard damper.
The Verdict
By marrying our expertise we were able to identify several ways in which we could save both money and time in the production of our dampers. We always look for added value from our suppliers and this was just the kind of service we want.
