Over the past 30 years Europlaz Technologies has grown providing an unrivalled expertise in the manufacture of technical plastic products to very high tolerances.

The site in Southminster Essex has been actively manufacturing quality plastic products since 1970 and clean room medical products since the 1990’s.

Europlaz Technologies offers a compete sub-contract medical / industrial manufacturing service based on plastic moulding from initial design to assembled products, packaged ready for distribution that may include components sourced from other manufacturers that fully meets customer requirements.

Our teams of designers, toolmakers, manufacturing and QC personnel work together to ensure best manufacturing practice, quality, performance, cost efficiency and full compliance to specifications and or governing regulations.

Its progression from tool making through to injection moulding expanded in 2006 with the acquisition of AH Precision Plastics, formerly based in Kent. Southminster also has a Class 10,000 cleanroom to to meet demand and ensure unrivalled services in the manufacture and assembly of multi-component medical devices.
